Technology of Tires
TEXTRA+ (T+)
An extremely durable rubberized fabric with high-density polymer threads, protecting the entire carcass from bead to bead of a tire. Its excellent elasticity characteristics and negligible weight maintain outstanding riding properties of the Tubeless Supra and Downhill Supra Max tires. Textra+ technology ultimately increases resistance against cuts and abrasion. Such tires are primarily intended for riding in roughest terrains where they provide both superior reliability and ultra high performance.
TEXTRA (T) An extremely durable rubberized fabric with high-density polymer threads, protecting the entire sidewall and bead area. Its excellent elasticity characteristics and negligible weight maintain outstanding riding properties of the Tubeless Supra tires. Textra dramatically increases resistance against sidewall cuts and abrasions, increasing strength and durability without significant weight addition. Textra tires are primarily intended for riding and racing over rough terrain where they provide both superior reliability and ultra high performance.
WELTEX+
Approx. 3 mm thick rubber buffer produced from a special compound, placed between tread and carcass. Due to its properties prevents from having puncture or cutoff and such eliminates risk of tire defect while common using. It increases stiffness and strength in the crown area and such eliminates drag while keeping adhesion. Optimal properties are reached by application together with Long Way construction and with reflective stripe.
WELTEX (CARBON RIM SHIELD) – TIRE BEAD ANTI-ABRASION TECHNOLOGY
An extremely durable rubberized fabric with high-density polymer threads protecting the entire bead of bicycle tires. Its excellent elasticity at negligible weight substantially increases bead resistance against abrasion especially from carbon rim shoulders.
Compounds of Tires
Enduro Dual (EDC)
Unique combination of two compounds – well-proven CRX 2 compound in the base
and at the center of tread pattern and low-rebound compound DEAD 1 for side pattern figures.
Such a blend provide a high structural strength and enhanced resistance to abrasion in the center
as well as excellent adhesion and traction of side figures is optimal for extreme riding in harsh
and ragged terrain.
Grey Line (GL)
Special combination of two compounds – 1 soft adhesive compound (SSC – Grey Line)
on side tire figures and 2 well-proven CRX compound both in tread center and base for side figures. Combination of these two compounds predetermines the tire for racing purpose
providing low drag for fast riding and excellent grip and control in curves and traverse.
CARBON RACE EXTREME LIGHT (CRX) Rubber compound on active carbon black basis. Such provides high structural strength, enhanced abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion, grip and low drag characteristics. Density – 1,02 g/ cm3 . Predetermined especially for racing purposes.
DOWNHILL EXTREME ADHESIVE (DEAD)
Special low-reflective compound with high structural strength and admixture of activated silica. With its excellent adhesive features is predestinated for extreme sport usage in demanding and rugged terrain.
SILICA MEDIUM (SMC)
Special tread compound with admixture of activated silica distinguishing itself by low drag, good adhesive properties, long durability. Intended for sportive usage in universal conditions. This compound shows very stable properties at lower temperatures.

DH Supra Max
Carcass: 127 TPI; drum technology (OLT) Sidewall: skinwall (SW) Bead: reinforced aramid bead (AR) + bead sealing protection; rubber stiffening wing Characteristics: 3 standard ways of usage while special Tubeless Conversion Kit. Higher riding comfort; low drag; Increased riding comfort; reduced rolling resistance; stable and safe riding in difficult terrain even at lower pressure. Exceptional protection against "Snake Bite" and sidewall punctures and enhanced puncture resistance of tire crown.
TUBELESS SUPRA
Carcass: 127 TPI; drum technology (OLT) Sidewall: skinwall (SW) Bead: aramid bead (A) + sealing bead protection Characteristic: 3 standard ways of utilization while using special assembly set. Higher riding comfort, low drag, high inflating range, very low weight of the set (tire+tube+rim tape) and elimination of tube puncture (defect "Snake Bite") by Tubeless version.
